Differently
A skills-based Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy group program for adults with ADHD, run by Clinical Psychologists Dr Tayla Degan & Kendall Allsop.
1
Create community & connection
For some, ADHD can feel isolating, but it doesn't have to be. Our group program is a place where you'll find understanding, connection and a sense of belonging with others. Together, we create a supportive and confidential environment where you can share experiences, learn from others and feel seen. You're not alone- we're in this together.
2
Learn skills & strategies
Managing difficulties associated with ADHD is easier with the right tools. We help you build a practical toolkit to navigate challenges and play to your strengths. Topics we cover in the program include: adaptive thinking, organisation, planning, time management, procrastination, enhancing memory, increasing attention, reducing distractions, communication, assertiveness, emotion regulation and so much more. These strategies are designed to make your daily life more manageable and fulfilling.
3
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Our program is built on evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, which research shows is highly effective for managing ADHD alongside medication. CBT helps you to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviour, empowering you to work towards your goals with confidence and clarity.
